Lashon Hora, or truthful negative speech, was a major part of the first sin committed in Gan Eden (the Garden of Eden), took center stage in the events leading up to the destruction of the Beit HaMikdash (the Holy Temple), and unfortunately still prevades almost every aspect of daily life to this day.

Here, we will, through the course of articles and studies, examine what Lashon Hora is, what it does, and how it can be avoided and hopefully eradicated.
